TRTA Programme Job Vacancy

The Consortium led by ECA, S.A.U, Service Contractor for the EU-assisted Trade Related Technical Assistance (TRTA) Programme in the Philippines (EuropeAid/121182/C/SV/PH), is seeking qualified Filipino applicants for the post of:

SYSTEMS AUDIT TRAINER

The overall objective of the TRTA programme, which is based in Manila, is to assist the Philippines to significantly enhance trade and investment with the European Union (EU).

The selected applicant will work for 40 days as a Local Short-Term Expert (LSTE) under the Customs Component of the TRTA Programme and will report directly to the International Customs Risk Management Expert posted at the Bureau of Customs (BoC). The tasks include detailed assessment of current BoC software quality assurance efforts and development and delivery of quality assurance training modules. The qualification requirements include a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, and at least 7 years experience in software quality assurance in a large multinational corporation or software development company.
