The entry points of the campaign are hook-events
using founding anniversaries of component-bureaus,
stakeholder celebration for example farmers’
month and fisheries’ month. An inter-bureau
cooperation network in tapping respective press
pools was also established to provide the TRTA
extensive media outlet and visibility.
The workshop also pursued a profiling exercise of
audiences to tailor-fit the campaign strategy
effectively.
The TRTA programme cuts across a multisectoral audience
involving government regulatory personnel, policy-makers,
industry players, farmers, and fishermen across
the country.
